Treaties of rights part 5

July 19, 2014AdminLeave a comment

In these series of articles we are discussing the rights in treaties of rights written by imam Sajad. In the right of Allah we talked about sincerity. Sincerity is very important but it can sometimes be mixed with two things: selfishness and hypocrisy. Selfishness means that we see ourselves so great and deserved and better than lots of other which is completely against sincerity. Imam Sajad in one of his praying asks Allah to help him to be sincere and not selfish. Selfishness as some steps; step one is forgetting the wrong doings and sins. When we forget our wrong doing we do not try to compensate them. The second step is a kind of self-confidence that leads to selfishness. Hypocrisy means we want a good position in the mind of other people and near them. An action whish we try to find a position and high level near other people. This feeling is again against sincerity and worshiping and it is discord.

Lady Fatima taught her children in the house how to read and write. Once her two dear sons imam Hassan and imam Husain were writing something. Each of them claimed that his hand writing is better than the other so they went near their mother to judge between them. Lady Fatima didn’t like to cause a conflict between them by choosing one of them so she avoided a judgment and asked them to go near their father. Imam Hassan and Imam Husain went near their father imam Ali and asked him to judge. But imam Ali like lady Fatima avoid the judgment and sent them to their grandfather the holy prophet of Islam .but again the holy prophet of Islam told them to go to their mother to judge between them. Imam Hassan and Imam Hussein again went near their mother. Lady Fatima looked up and said:” oh my lord help me and judge between them yourself.” Then she tore her neck less and told them the one who can find more pearls he is the winner. Children started to collect pearls. It was like match between them. At the end both of them collected the same numbers of the pearl and they were the same and no one won.

In the name of Allah the most Beneficent and the most Merciful. Congratulations Al eid fitr. Long days of hunger and thirsty are past and we reach the eid. This is great to be the gust of Allah for a month and receive his mercy. The host is with you and near you. He Himself says everyone who remembers me in his moments I’m with him in his moments. Now the holy month of Ramadan finished and our lives go back to normal. In this situation try not to forget this companionship with Allah.at the night of Qadr the angles came to us say hello to us and pass us. Now we smell like the angles. We can even be above them and pass the angles and go to higher levels. Here is a competition and the reward is the paradise, the best reward. We had the feast praying .have you ever thought about this point that in the Ayat praying9the praying for natural disasters) we are bowing down five times but in the praying of the fitr we just hold our hands up and we thank Allah that: oh our Lord thank you for giving us this chance to be your slave and to be your gust in this very holy month. You are so Kind and we ask You to give us whatever You give to Your best people and forgive us .Amin. We the team of Taha post again congratulate this eid and ask us to put your comments about articles in our web site. We do appreciate all of your comments. Thank you and May Allah bless you all.

The holy prophet’s favor

July 19, 2014AdminLeave a comment

The holy prophet of Islam was passing his way, when he saw a camel. The camel’s legs were tied and on its back was cargo. The holy prophet of Islam asked the people around were the owner of the camel was. The said that he went somewhere to do something the prophet told them tell him to ready himself that the camel will complain to the lord in the other world and in the resurrection day. Islam is the religion of kindness even toward the animals. The holy prophet of Islam was paying attention to every detail for he was so kind. Although he was the leader of a big society and had great and hard responsibilities he was also aware of small events in his society.

For me the feast (aleed) is the day I can see him. all the nights for me are like the night of Qadr if he is close to me .everywhere he goes is Meca and everywhere he lives is the holy land.mu masjed al aqsa is where his foot prints are .if he comes close to my place all the seasons will be spring so pleased.(A poem by Ibn Farez)
But how is your feeling. Are we really waiting for him?
We are absent and he is present and this is because of our sins. Are we really waiting for him? Waiting means to be ready. When I am an oppressor how I can wait for one who is fighting with oppression. Waiting means to try to change a bad situation to a good one. When you wish for a better situation you should try to change it not just sit and wait for someone to come and change it for you. In the section of free articles we are going to have some texts about the end of the world and the promised savior ensha Allah. We will be happy to receive your comments and any article that you think we can use in our website.

The happy lady part6

After those sad events which led to the hard injury of Lady Fatima the great daughter of the holly prophet of Islam some of the Muslim women decided to visit her holiness. When they went near her they asked her how she was and in the answer she said: “I’m in a situation that I hate your world and your men and I know them as my enemies. I’m dissatisfied with them and I tested them but they were failed. They are useless and they own dark minds. They bought Allah’s anger and put themselves in an everlasting fire. Curse upon them that they put themselves away from Allah’s mercy and beneficent. They avoid justice and by this action destroy the base of prophethood. Be aware that this may cause lots of damages for Muslim society.” In these words we can see her power and wisdom and her political mind in a time when women had no place in the society and were buried alive. May Allah bless her. We do appreciate your comments on this Article

Prophet’s behavior with kids

July 19, 2014AdminLeave a comment

The prophet of Islam is the best model and pattern for all Muslims and non-Muslims and his treatment and behavior was so respectful to everyone even the kids. Every time the holy prophet of Islam came back from a journey the people of Medina went to welcome him. They went out of city for a short distance to see the caravan of the prophet. Usually there were some kids among those who left the city. The holy prophet of Islam ordered his companion to mount two kids one in front and one at the back and take them to the city mounted. This action made the kids happy and gave them a kind of self-confidence. They felt that they are important and the prophet cared them and accepted them as members of the Islamic society.by this action they loved the prophet of Islam more and more.

Al-tafsir part6

In this part we started with three important verses of the holly Quran. (255-256-257).” Allah! There is no deity except Him. The Living, the Eternal. “The holy prophet of Islam said that one of the important verses of the holy Quran is these three verses. Everyone who read them after his daily praying at the moment of death he is happy and relax. Imam Ali mentioned that the holy prophet of Islam said the one who reads these three verses he will enter the paradise easily .Allah is a special name for God.This means the one who has all the best attributes of glory, perfection and beauty. He is the creator of this world so no god is deserved to be worship beside Him.in the meaning of the word Allah we can find unity and the first sentence of these verses emphasizes on this idea. (الحی) the Living means the one who has a firm living. This word emphasizes on firmness and eternity. This living is not given by any one and there is no death and end for this living.” Rely on the Living one Who never dies.”(Holy Quran ch.25.v.58) This means the eternal living belongs to Allah and there is no end and death to Him.

The holy prophet of Islam’s daughter is a good and great pattern for all the women in hiss world Muslims or non-Muslims. Her life and her manner can help us to improve modesty and dignity. Every time Lady Fatima went near her father, the holy prophet of Islam stood up and kissed his daughter’s forehead. Once Aisha asked him about the reason and his holiness replied: “Fatima smells paradise” he smelled it at the night of his ascension to the heavens. Her praying and piety, her behavior with her father and her husband and her children made her to smell heavens. And her being was heavenly. She was light. She had sisters and they were brought up in the same home and under the same situations but Lady Fatima tried to do everything sincerely just for Allah and this personality divides her from other people.

Treaties of rights part 6

In this part we are going to work on the right of self and soul (nafs). “The right of your (nafs) against you is that you employ it in obeying Allah; then you deliver to your tongue its right, to your hearing its right, to your sight its right, to your hand its right, to your leg its right, to your stomach its right, to your private part its right, and you seek help from Allah in all that.” Here we want to know soul and self. Of course we cannot come to conclusion very fast with short explanation and it needs more discussion. Here we try to use Imam Ali’s words to explain more about this right. Imam Ali says: “Allah has created Angels with the power of mind and wisdom; animals with instinct and passion and human with both instinct and mind. The one whose mind conquers his passion is higher than angels and the one whose instinct and passion conquers his mind is less than animals.” In holy Quran Allah about the second group says that Allah has given them sight and hearing but they don’t use them and they are like animals. Imam Ali says:’ the best salvation for human is self-knowing.

Ibrahim’s manner part 1

In our lives and for our everyday life we must have a very good model or pattern to follow his/her way. Prophets and Allah’s messengers can be the best model for everyone .Allah in the holly Quran says:” you have a fine model in Ibrahim and those with him.”(ch.60.v.4) in the holy Quran Allah mentions lots of good personalities and nice manners of this holy prophet. “Ibrahim was so lenient, worried and concerned”(ch11.v75) He couldn’t see peoples pain and he was so concerned about their pains. About the word lenient; lenient is called to a person who is so patient and does not revenge so fast. This is one of the great and nice behaviors in great people. Another nice and good personality of this holy prophet is that he was so thankful .This personality was reflecting his inner peace. He was praying a lot because he was a high evaluated person and Allah evaluated his personality.

We have lots of stories that Ahl- al -bait respected science very much. Wen Imam Hassan was a six year old boy he went to the mosque and listen to his grandfather the holy prophet of Islam and he had learnt the new holy verses of Quran then he went near his mother and repeated them to her. Every time Imam Ali went back home from the mosque and wanted to tell his beloved wife Lady Fatima about the new verses she told hi m the verses and told Imam Ali that his son had told her the new resent verses. Once Imam Ali stayed at home and hid somewhere till Imam Hassan came home to tell his mother about the new verses he had just learnt but he could not talk about them. His mother was so surprised .Imam Hassan said to his mother: “I feel someone else is listening to me so I cannot talk.” At this time Imam Ali came out and smiled to him and kissed him. This behavior showed the close relation of her holiness with her children. The trusted her so much and talked to her about everything happened to them. This kind of behavior has some good results: 1- the mother is a close friend to her children.2-the mother can be aware of everything happens to her children so protect them from dangers.3-she can teach the kids how to distinguish good and bad by their own language.4-children have someone to talk about their secrets to her so that they do not need any stranger to open out their heart. We must remember that the best friend for kids is the mother.

Imam Ali says: “the best thing for one is to know himself “but here we should know about the knowledge here.to find the knowledge we must know our capabilities and abilities. Imam Sadeq about self-knowledge says: “I have found All the knowledge of the world in 4 things, 1-to know your Lord and God 2-to know how your creator creates your body.3-to know his orders for you in the way of happiness and perfection 4-to know what misguide you from the way of perfection and happiness” in this hadith we are facing with different sciences, wisdom and mysticism, Anatomy, natural science, monotheism, ethics, ramifications of the religion. At the time of the holy prophet of Islam some omen went near his holiness and told him that their husbands left them and went to the mountains for praying and worshiping Allah. His holiness was so angry with them and told them that Islam is against every type of monasticism.

The Ibrahim’s manner part 2

The holy prophet Ibrahim always formed the goals of his life in the form of praying. He asked Allah everything in the form of praying.one of his praying is this: “oh my Lord, do not leave us alone and we give up our souls to you.” Giving up is one of the first levels of adoration. Here his holiness shows that we should even ask faith from Allah. If we believe in the power of Allah and his role in this world we ask everything from him in our praying

“When there will be a lot of wars all over the world a herald will call from top of the walls of the Damascus: oh beware of the coming evil.” I saw this tradition when I was trying to find something to writ for this issue. This tradition was said about the end of the world hundreds years ago. The walls of Damascus! If you have seen this city you can find out that this city is full of tall walls. May be these walls were not there hundreds years ago .and now the evil is coming close. War fire and bloodshed is all over the Syria. Damascus is in a kind of inflammation and every one do nothing and just watching. This is our time. In our free time we sit in front of the TV and watch the news. In the news we see lots of offensive scenes which make us upset and the solution is easy, to change the channel. Being indifferent is a disease in our time. And there is a very easy excuse in the answer: we cannot help it. The evil is coming. This is not the story of Damascus itself but Syria is the block. If it collapses the evil will conquer the entire region. The evil have nothing to do with others. They just want to destroy and uproot real Muslims and Shia Muslims. They support Wahhabis and Alqaedeh who are real terrorists and evil to destroy Islam and Muslim world. We hope that right wins soon insha allah(انشا الله).

The happy lady part 9

Once Imam Husain was talking to his daughter Fatimah about his childhood. “When I was just a little boy, I can remember that my mother Lady Fatimah was praying nights and praying for our friends and neighbors. She even called them by names one by one and was praying about their troubles and problems and asked Allah to help them with their hardships. I asked her once why she was praying for all of neighbors since she did not pray for us and she answered first the neighbors then ourselves.” One of my friends told me that once she was leaving the house to her work that she could smell a very awful smell. She said that they were just tolerating that awful smell and tried not to pay attention to it but the smell was more and worsen every day. They were so sad about the neighbor who could be so selfish and indifferent to cleaning his apartment. After some days it was so intolerable and they went to the door of that apartment and knocked but nobody answered. So they called police and police came and opened the door of that apartment. When they entered the house they found the body of the owner of the apartment on the rug and it was rotten. They could not move the body of the old man so they had to move it with the rug. She said that all the neighbors were ashamed because they knew that the old man was alone and sick but nobody went to him to ask him about his situation while we claim that we are Muslims and we respect our Lady Fatima and claim that we are her follower.

Ibrahim’s manner part 3

In continues of previous articles today we are going to have a look on his holiness’ discussion with unbelievers. He invited them to a kind of challenge and made them to think more deeply. He asked them if their idols can talk or not; or if they can hear their praying; or if they have any benefits or harms for them. Ibrahim wanted to remind them these idols could not do anything for them and they were just following the ways of their fathers without thinking. This action gave him the best chance to introduce his God. He started so humble;” He is my Lord. He guides me to the right path. He is the One Who gives me foods and drinks; and when I am sick He cures me. My life and death are in His hands. And I am hopeful He will forgive my mistakes in the resurrection day. “After that he asked his Lord to give him knowledge and put him in the groups of best people and believers. He asked his Lord nice and great things; for example he asked Him to give him the honest speech. Some commentators believe that it means an honest and believer child. The holy prophet of Islam said that “I am the praying of my father Ibrahim” so by these things we learn that in the place of requests first we must know our level and place and then with all respect ask our requests. We must be clear enough. In the everyday life those who say their requests like this are more successful than others and can reach them easier.

Days are passing and we are in special months; Haram months. But what does it mean exactly? This word means forbidden. But what are forbidden things in this month? war, fighting and Killing are the forbidden actions in these month. We have 4 Haram months; ZelGhadeh(ذی القعده) Zelhadjeh(ذی الحجه)Moharam(محرم) and Radjab(رجب ). This remains from the time of holy prophet Ibrahim for us. Even the Arabs before Islam respected these months and they stopped fighting in these 4 months. Sometimes they wanted to continue their fights so they did a trick and they changed the name of the month and continued their battle. In the holly Quran Allah condemns these people and their action and says that they are cheating and change Harams to Halals. Neglected Arabs whose gods were idols and were eating alligators, and buried their daughters alive; to continue their evil works changed the names of the month and continued their battles and killings. Some of them also were continuing this action after Islam and killed the grandson of the holy prophet of Islam in a Haram month. Now they are continuing their action by selling weapons to terrorist and supporting them against innocent women and children and the important point is that this time they have not change the names of the months. Thank you for being with us.

Interpretation

Al-ltafsir part 9

The word “shafaa-at’ (intercession) is a key word. The root of this word is shaf,(-even

which means couple. In fact those who refer to shafi(intercessor) cannot fulfill his whish alone and his power is not enough. So he ties his power to the power of the intercessor to have more power and gain whatever he wants. Some believe that this action belongs to dooms day. Alaameh Tabatabaei in his book Al-Mizan divides the verses of Quran about this subject to different groups.1- those verses in which intercession belongs only to Allah.2-verses in which intercession of some groups are accepted under certain conditions. So intercession has its own rules. The holy Quran does not reject the power of some as the intercessors and in some verses name them. 1- Those whom Allah is satisfied with.( ch.21,v.28) 2-those to whom Allah has given the right of intercession.(ch43.v.86).3- those who have a vow with Allah.(ch.19.v87). 4-those to whom Allah has given His permission and their words are right and just.(ch20,v.109 )

The happy lady part 10

When Imam Ali went to propose the daughter of his cousin the holy prophet of Islam, the prophet went near his daughter. She respected her father and brought him some water. His holiness washed his hands and legs with that water and told her:” Ali comes here for you what’s your idea about him?” she was shy and was silent. Her silence showed her agreement with that marriage and she accepted Imam Ali’s proposal in that way. The holy prophet of Islam stood up while he was whispering “Allah is great” (الله اکبر) at the time Gabriel (جبریل) appeared and told him:” oh Muhammad! Marry Fatimah to Ali for Allah is satisfied with this marriage. They both deserve each other.” Imam Ali said: the holy prophet of Islam married me his daughter and then went near me and held my hand and told me to stand up and say these words “I am receiving Allah’s bounty and I am satisfied with his willing. There is no power but Allah and I always trust him “And then I sat beside Lady Fatimah then his holiness looked up and said:” oh Lord! These are the most beloved people for me so please love them and give your mercy to them and their children and protect them all.

Ashura

The sun was exactly in the middle of sky. It was noon and the time for noon prayer. He looked up and saw the sky, and then he told his loyal companions to get ready for the noon praying. He stood in front and some at his back. Another group mad a wall in front of him in order to protect his holiness from arrows which were thrown from the side of enemy. Imam Husain and his loyal companions were saying their last pray on time at the noon of the day of Ashura. At that moment the other side started throwing arrows to them and those who made a defense wall were hurt and injured very badly. After his holiness finished his praying they fell down and died. He proved to us that his holiness started his journey to protect daily praying and emphasized on doing it on time. I was thinking with myself how many times I postpone my praying without any special reason; why I care less about this action. Imam Husain said his praying in the middle of his battle on time but we easily postpone it and prefer other actions on it. In our daily life we should put Imam Husain as our pattern and follow his way and manner in his life not only in saying our praying on time but also in other aspects of our lives. If we follow his way we can reach high things I our lives. Oh Allah please help us to follow Imam Husain’s way and be a true Muslim. Amin

The happy lady

The happy lady part 11,

Once Imam Ali told to one of his companions that: “after my proposal from Lady Fatimah, I was saying daily prayers with the holy prophet of Islam for one month without mentioning anything about my proposal. Once after daily prayers some of the wives of the prophet of Islam came to my house and told me if I wanted to have my wife beside me or not. I replied of course but I was shy to talk to the prophet of Islam. They said that we would talk to the prophet to prepare the first steps of the wedding party. They talked to his holiness and he called me and told me that I had to buy date and oil and he himself would prepare meat and bread. I bought some oil and date and gave them to the holy prophet of Islam. He himself cleaned the dates and mixed them with oil and made special food. Then he killed a very big sheep too. Then he asked me to invite everyone I liked to the wedding. I went to the mosque but there was full of the prophet’s companions. I was shy to invite some and not to invite others so I invited all to the wedding. They all accepted the invitation and went to the wedding. I was so worried about the food because it was not enough for such a number of people. I told to his holiness but he said may Allah help us. Surprisingly on that night everybody had the dinner of my wedding and it was full enough for all of the guests.

Treaties on rights part8

“And the right of the tongue is that you consider it too noble for obscenity, accustom it to good, direct it to politeness, do not use it except in situations of needs and benefits of the religion and this world, and refrain from any meddling in which there is little to be gained, and there is no security from its harm that accompanies its small benefits. It is the witness to and the evidence of the existence of the intellect. The demonstration of an intelligent person’s intellect is through his reputation of good speech. And there is no power but in God the High, the Great.” The third right in the idea of Imam Sajad is the right of tongue. We are going to start talking about this right with the precious words of Imam Ali: “there are two characteristics which apart humankind from other creatures, 1- he can think and with the power of wisdom can learn things. 2- Through speaking can transform his knowledge to each other.”
